MDF is so excited to finally announce and host our Basics of Deadlifting seminar! This event is for individuals who want to improve their deadlifting form and put themselves at less risk of injury while deadlifting.
This seminar is for all levels. We will have two hands on coaches teaching form and helping you master a form fit for your body type. The seminar will run from 9am-12pm and there will be time for questions and pictures. Plus, you'll receive goodies to bring home! Healthy snacks will be provided after the seminar is over.
