MDF is so excited to finally announce and host our Basics of Deadlifting seminar! This event is for individuals who want to improve their deadlifting form and put themselves at less risk of injury while deadlifting.

 

This seminar is for all levels. We will have two hands on coaches teaching form and helping you master a form fit for your body type. The seminar will run from 9am-12pm and there will be time for questions and pictures. Plus, you'll receive goodies to bring home! Healthy snacks will be provided after the seminar is over.

SEMINAR EXPECTATIONS

  • ARRIVE ON TIME

    Please arrive at 8:30am on the day of the event so we can get everyone signed in, warmed up and ready to go by 9:00am!

  • EAT BREAKFAST

    Eat a healthy, well-balanced breakfast before you come to the seminar. Be sure to get in plenty of carbs & protein.

  • STAY HYDRATED

    Bring a full reusable water bottle with you for this seminar. Staying hydrated is super important, especially when pulling heavy weight.

  • WORKOUT GEAR

    Be ready, wearing your workout clothes when you arrive, and bring your workout gear. We recommend you wear flat shoes (such as converse) and bring shin savers.

  • HAVE PATIENCE

    Learning is a process! And different people learn in different ways. Have patience with yourself as you take on the day.

  • BE READY

    Come ready to do a full work out and learn new things!
