Phase 2 description: 

Introducing the next phase of an intermediate level 6 week, 4 day powerbuilding program. If you have completed Phase 1, it is recommended you move on to this program!

 

A more advanced option, this program includes ab workouts in the super sets (where as Phase 1 does not include abs). These user-friendly program should allow you to stay in the same section of the gym while completing each super set. This elite program should help you get closer to your goals!
