Program Overview:
-4 week program | 5 day split
(2 back|delt|chest workouts - 2 leg workouts - 1 arm workout)
This is my exact training program that I’m currently following for this month! I take 2 rest days every week. The arm workout is not meant to EXERT a lot of energy. You can use it as an active rest day, 20-30 minutes of stretching, or an effective core workout. Rest and recovery is imporant to progress!
-The upper body workouts are focused on the development of your back, chest and shoulders.
-The 2 lower body workouts are focused on growing your legs. They are not easy and they will push you.
-This program will help build muscle while also getting stronger.

‘Train With Us’ is your opportunity to do the EXACT workouts that Lucas and I do. On the 1st of each month, we will release our personal workout programs, for ONLY $5. We offer 3 different types of programs. Each program is 4 weeks long. These programs are NOT easy, and they will push you.
