-4 week program | 5 day split
(Press | Pull | Rest | Arms | Chest Back Delt | Legs | Rest)
This is my exact training program that I’m currently following this month! I am taking 2 rest days every week (Wednesdays & Sundays).
This month’s program has 1 VERY hard leg day mixed with multiple 2 mile runs throughout the week.
-The upper body workouts are focused on the overall development of your upper body, and will target all muscle groups effectively.
-The lower body workout is NOT easy. It is focused on growing your legs, and it will push you.
-This program will help build muscle while also getting stronger.

‘Train With Us’ is your opportunity to do the EXACT workouts that Lucas and I do. On the 1st of each month, we will release our personal workout programs, for ONLY $5. This month we are offering 2 different types of programs. Each program is 4 weeks long. These programs are NOT easy, and they will push you.
