(Monday - Press | Tuesday - Pull | Wednesday - Rest | Thursday - Rest | Friday - Full Upper Body | Saturday - Legs | Sunday - Rest)
This is my exact training program that I’m currently following this month! I am currently doing this on top of 3 fighting classes each week & 2 - 2 mile runs.
When you rest .. REST.
-The upper body workouts are focused on the overall development of your upper body, and will target all muscle groups effectively.
-The lower body workout is NOT easy. It is focused on growing your legs, and it will push you.
-This program will help build muscle while also getting stronger.
