Program Overview:
-4 week program | 5 day split
(3 leg workouts - 2 upper body workouts)
This is my exact training program that I’m currently following for this month! I take 2 rest days every week. I highly recommend this program to anybody whose goal is to build strong legs, and big glutes.
-The upper body workouts are focused on building your back, shoulders and arms.
-The lower body workouts are focused on growing your glutes while building STRONG legs. They are not easy and they will push you.
-This program is designed to help you build muscle while also getting stronger.

‘Train With Us’ is your opportunity to do the EXACT workouts that Lucas and I do. On the 1st of each month, we will release our personal workout programs, for ONLY $5. We offer 3 different types of programs. Each program is 4 weeks long. These programs are NOT easy, and they will push you.
