  • A Note From Miranda

    Hi beautiful people!







    This is my exact training program that I’m currently following this month. I am focusing on a 5-day program. I take a rest day typically every Thursday and Sunday, if I’m not traveling of course! The workout split I do focuses on 3 leg days, and 2 upper body days. The upper body workouts are back, shoulder and arm-focused workouts while my leg workouts will 


     you. Get ready to step outside your comfort zone! 







    As always, I am so appreciate for your support and I am so glad we can be on this journey together! We can all aim to become a better version of ourselves. I value you and your time, and want to make sure that you know…I wouldn’t be here without your unconditional support. I make mistakes and fail all the time, but I never give up.
