Program Overview:
-4 week program | 4 day split
(2 leg workouts - 2 upper body workouts)
This is my exact training program that I’m currently following for this month! I wil be taking 3 rest days every week. I am doing one Pilates class per week on top of my 4 weighted workouts.
I highly recommend this program to anyone who is wanting to tone their body, while also strengthening every muscle group! This program emphasizes improving the posterior chain, with an intense focus on the back, shoulders and legs.
-The upper body workouts are focused on the overall development of the upper body, and this program will target all muscle groups effectively.
-The lower body workout is very advanced. It is geared towards growing your legs, and
testing your mental limits.
-This program will help you build muscle while also improving your strength.

‘Train With Us’ is your opportunity to do the EXACT workouts that Lucas and I do monthly. On the 1st of each month, we will release our personal workout programs, for ONLY $5.
There are TWO different workout programs to purchase. Each program is 4 weeks long. These programs will challenge and push you, mentally and physically.
