Train With Us is your opportunity to workout alongside Miranda and Lucas, on your schedule, at your gym. On the first of each month, we'll release our personal workout programs, available for only $5 each. Download the program of your choice each month (or both!) and keep it to workouts to come. Then follow along on our YouTube channel while we work through each program, offering tips on form, suggestions for modifications/variations, and have a good time, together.
